This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European general regulation on the protection of personal data EU 2016/679 and of the applicable national legislation or regulations (“Regulations” or “GDPR”) relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data , to those who interact with the services and the website at https://www.angihotel.it/ (hereinafter also “Site”) and describes the methods of management and processing of the related personal data.
The information is provided only for the use of the services provided by Hotel Angi directly or through the Site and not for other services or websites that may be consulted by users via links.
Hotel Angi reserves the right to modify all or part of this GDPR Information and related cookie policy. All changes will be effective following the publication on the website of the GDPR information and the updated cookie policy. Type of data processed
data provided by the user through the Site such as name and surname, date and place of birth, address, telephone, Fiscal Code and/or VAT number, email address, identity document, profession and/or o qualification and data relating to the services activated or requested;
navigation data: the computer systems used to operate the Site acquire some personal data transmitted via secure protocols. This collection is in no way aimed at identifying the user but this could take place through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses, the browser identifier, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (for example success, error) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. Provision of the requested service

The data may be processed electronically, even automatically, with or without the use of electronic tools (including e-mail, fax, telephone and any other remote communication technology) according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency.
The data could be transferred to a third country on the basis of the adequacy decisions of the European Commission or on the basis of adequate guarantees provided by current legislation. The personal data collected will not be disclosed.
Retention period
The personal data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and for the maximum time required by law (10 years in the case of purchases of services on the Site).< /p>
